really like this scheme because:

- The bulk of the units are owner occupied which means the common areas are immaculate and the grounds are always well kept.
- Only a small number of the units are on the rental market.
- We let and manage 2 units in this scheme which generate £950 (ground floor) and £975pcm (Top floor).
- The property appeals to professional tenants - doctors, solicitors, professors, accountants etc.
- Service charges are a little higher then norm but reflect the quality of the block and the fact that a lift is installed.
- Gross yield based on asking price is 5.4% and I would expect capital growth to be good
For a
portfolio landlord this a great unit to grow your portfolio with and for those
starting out it’s a quality unit that is not over priced in today’s market.
