Ocean Village 1 bed pre packaged yielding 6% would suit a Southampton Landlord - why buy new !

This one bedroom fourth floor apartment is situated in the sought after location of Ocean Village. The property benefits from open-plan living / kitchen area and Juliet balcony with views onto the marina. There is a good sized bedroom, however there is no parking with this unit. Furniture is included and as it is currently let at £695pcm it will produce a gross yield of 6%. The price has just been reduced and I am starting to see some value in it. Why buy new?
